WILL THE CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR, AND RECEPTION TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

All events will take place outdoors - the weather in Carmel Valley should be wonderful (the typical weather in July is a high of 87 and low of 65 degrees) - but please bring a light sweater or jacket if you believe you will be cold!

Is there a dress code?

Please dress in formal clothing for an outdoor ceremony. Cocktail dresses and suits & ties (or an equivalent) are great! Summer evenings in Carmel Valley are typically warm.

Will Transportation be provided to the venue and after party?

Yes, we will be providing transportation from Hidden Valley Inn and Carmel-by-the-Sea. Shuttle schedule will be as follows:



2:10 pm departure Carmel Plaza Carmel Plaza- Ocean Ave (between Junipero and Mission Street) in Carmel-by-the-Sea



2:30 pm departure Hidden Valley Inn



10:00pm shuttles depart Holman Ranch and lap to Carmel Plaza, Hidden Valley Inn and The Running Iron.



1:30 am last shuttle departure from the Running Iron



CAN I PARK AT THE VENUE?

Yes, there is free parking at the wedding venue. Guests are also welcome to leave their car overnight and return on the buses, as long as they pick the car up by 1:00pm on Sunday the 14th.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us. We recommend looking into Care.com or Art on Wheels Monterey for babysitting services!
